Standard Loan Terms
We have two paths for funding your projects.
The first is our Standard Loan. It's straightforward and very competitive in terms of pricing and leverage. If this is your first project with us, or if you're not sure how many projects you plan to do each year, start with Standard.
If you're a previous client and you plan to do 2+ projects with us each year, then you might benefit from our Partner Program. Call/email/text if you think this might be for you or want more info.
Standard Loan Terms
- Interest Only
- 0.9% - 1.2% per month
- No Prepayment Penalties
- 2-3 Points
- $495 Processing Fee
Standard Leverage Limits
- Up to 80% of the As-Is Value
- Up to 75% of ARV
- Up to 100% of Construction Costs
Every request is personally reviewed. We'll call you to go over what we can do, and if it's a fit, we'll provide you with a written term summary to sign off on before we actually get started. We don't charge any application fees or upfront costs for reviewing your project.
